  • Age 27 to 35 years

• Hold a Master’s qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a recognized private university.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in both Accounts and Admin roles

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and administrative procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

• Strong verbal and written English communication alongside effective organisational skills to support project objectives and stakeholder engagement.

•  Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

•  Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•  Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

•  Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude



Responsibilities & Context:

Accounts Responsibilities:

· Prepare and process payroll, salaries, allowances, and statutory deductions

·  Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and maintaining accurate records.

· Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

· Maintain and organize all financial documents and files for audit and internal review.

· Assist management in budget preparation and cost control.

Admin Responsibilities:

· Monitor and accurately record employees' daily attendance.

· Assist management with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other administrative support

· Prepare and update leave registers regularly, including sick, casual, and annual leaves.

· Handle all official correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping efficiently.

· Ensure office supplies, equipment, and facilities are maintained and available as needed.

· Coordinate with different departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
