Job Title: Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Salary: Tk. 20,000 – 30,000 per month
Experience: 2 – 4 years
Age: 23 – 45 years

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize company websites for SEO performance.

2. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

3. Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other platforms.

4. Track, analyze, and report website traffic, conversions, and campaign performance using analytics tools.

5. Assist in content creation for websites, blogs, and social media channels.

6. Collaborate with the international team to improve online visibility and brand awareness.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and SEO best practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.

2. 2 – 4 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.

3. Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).

4. Experience with social media marketing and content creation.

5. Good communication skills in English.

6. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

7. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
