• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (preferably in international education).·        
• Demonstrated Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.  
• Knowledge of Australian education system and visa regulations.      
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.     
• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours.       
• Strong Presentation and public speaking skills.    
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Conduct student recruitment activities to attract and engage potential students.

• Create and execute sales plans aimed at meeting student enrollment goals.

• Visit high schools, colleges, and participate in education fairs to promote programs.

• Deliver engaging presentations about the institution and its programs.

• Build and maintain strong connections with school counselors, administrators, and other key stakeholders.

• Develop and implement online and offline marketing campaigns to promote Australian colleges and universities.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospective student interactions.

• Follow up with prospective students through various communication channels.

• Assist applicants through the admissions process, including answering questions about programs, admissions criteria, and financial aid.

• Counsel students on academic programs, visa processes, admission criteria, and career outcomes.
