About The Role
Kraftwerk Technologies Ltd. is looking for a strategic leader to spearhead our government business division. This is not just an administrative role; it is a revenue-centric leadership position. We need a professional who can navigate the legal complexities of the PPR-2008, build elite professional relationships with government officials, and present our IT solutions with world-class visual and verbal clarity to secure high-value contracts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Market Intelligence
Opportunity Sourcing: Proactively identify upcoming IT projects and "Pre-Tender" notices before they hit the e-GP portal or newspapers.
Sustainable Growth: Develop a 12-month tendering roadmap to ensure a consistent pipeline of work orders and revenue for the company.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' bidding patterns and pricing strategies to give Kraftwerk a mathematical edge.
2. Offline & Manual Tendering Mastery
Field Liaison: Act as the primary face of Kraftwerk at ministry offices (e.g., BCC, DoICT, PWD). Build and maintain professional, ethical rapport with Project Directors and Technical Committees.
Manual Submissions: Expertly manage the logistics of "Tender Box" submissions, ensuring all physical documents, maps, and samples are flawlessly organized.
Pre-Bid Leadership: Attend pre-bid meetings to influence technical specifications and ask strategic questions that protect our interests.
3. Elite Documentation & Presentation
Top-Tier Presentations: Design high-quality, professional PowerPoint slides to pitch IT solutions to high-ranking officials. You must be able to "tell a story" with technology.
Technical Writing: Personally draft and review Technical Proposals, ensuring 100% "responsiveness" to the tender requirements.
Financial Precision: Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and financial parts of the tender, accounting for AIT, VAT, and sustainable profit margins.
4. Post-Bid & Contract Management
Award Formalities: Lead the process for Notification of Award (NOA), Performance Security (Bank Guarantees), and formal contract signing.
Audit Readiness: Maintain a "Master Archive" of all company credentials, past work certificates, and legal documents to ensure instant readiness for any bid.
Team Mentorship: Supervise and train a junior tender preparation team, ensuring they master the nuances of the PPR-2008.
