• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,University of Science and Technology, Chittagong students will get preference

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Furniture Manufacturer

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

1. Monitor and control die casting production process;

2. Optimise cycle time and improve productivity;

3. Ensure proper machine parameter setting (temperature, pressure, injection speed, etc.);

4. Maintain production quality as per standard;

5. Coordinate die design, modification, and maintenance;

6. Analyze mold life and take corrective actions;

7. Ensure proper cooling system and lubrication;

8. Identify casting defects (porosity, shrinkage, cold shut, flash, etc.);

9. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions;

10. Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive maintenance;

11. Ensure machines and furnaces are operating efficiently;

12. Maintain process documentation and SOP.
