Location: Malaysia Total Vacancies: 20 Foundational Positions

SD Cargo Services, a rapidly growing logistics firm, and our Upcoming 5-Star Hotel Project in Malaysia, are seeking 20 foundational team members. We are looking for pioneers, individuals who thrive in startup environments and possess the technical expertise to build world-class systems from the ground up.

OPEN POSITIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Group Management & Operations (4 Positions)

• General Operations Managers (2 for SD Cargo, 2 for Hotel Project)

• Responsibilities: Developing SOPs, managing department heads, ensuring regulatory compliance in Malaysia, and optimizing resource allocation.

• Requirements: 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record in scaling business operations.

2. Group Coordination & Administration (2 Positions)

• Project Coordinators

• Role: Acting as the bridge between the Chairman's office and local Malaysian operations.

• Responsibilities: Timeline management, vendor liaison, and administrative synchronization.

• Requirements: 2-3 years of experience. Exceptional multitasking and communication skills.

3. Finance & Accounts (3 Positions)

• Senior/Executive Accountants

• Responsibilities: Managing payroll, VAT/Tax filings in Malaysia, inter-company reconciliation, and financial auditing.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime, QuickBooks, or SAP. Knowledge of IFRS.

• Education: B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance. CA (CC) or ACCA part-qualified preferred.

4. IT & Digital Infrastructure (2 Positions)

• Systems Administrators / IT Specialists

• Responsibilities: Setting up Hotel PMS, high-speed Guest Wi-Fi, Cargo GPS tracking systems, CRM, and Logistics ERP software.

• Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in network security and hardware maintenance.

5. Hotel Departmental Leadership (7 Positions)

• Supervisory Roles (3 Front Office, 2 F&B, 2 Housekeeping)

• Requirements: 2-3 years in a luxury (4/5 star) hotel environment. Impeccable grooming and service-oriented mindset.

6. Digital Marketing, Sales & Business Development (2 Positions)

• Digital Marketing & Growth Experts

• Responsibilities: SEO/SEM, Lead Generation for cargo, and social media management for both brands.

• Sales: Corporate tie-ups, freight forwarding B2B sales, and travel agency partnerships.

• Requirements: Proven experience in digital lead generation and sales closing.

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Communication: Exceptional command of spoken and written English (Mandatory).

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputed university.

• Adaptability: Willingness to relocate to Malaysia and work in a multicultural environment.

• Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in multinational companies.
