Experience Details

Extensive background in Project Management and IT-Operations bridging. Must have successfully completed at least 2 full-cycle ERP implementations (Project Preparation to Go-Live/Support).

Technical Skills

SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365, Project Management Tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana), Process Mapping Tools (Visio, Lucidchart), Data Migration Strategies, ERP Architecture Understanding

Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead the full ERP implementation lifecycle, overseeing requirements analysis, solution design, testing, user training, and successful go-live execution

• Act as the central liaison between functional departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Sales) and technical teams/vendors to ensure business requirements are met.

• Lead Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives to align existing operational workflows with ERP best practices and global standards.

• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to project management milestones.

• Oversee change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and minimize resistance across the organization.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure service delivery quality and contract compliance.

• Monitor post-implementation performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and drive continuous improvement of the ERP system.
