Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the full ERP implementation lifecycle, overseeing requirements analysis, solution design, testing, user training, and successful go-live execution
Act as the central liaison between functional departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Sales) and technical teams/vendors to ensure business requirements are met.
Lead Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives to align existing operational workflows with ERP best practices and global standards.
Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to project management milestones.
Oversee change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and minimize resistance across the organization.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure service delivery quality and contract compliance.
Monitor post-implementation performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and drive continuous improvement of the ERP system.
