Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
KGS Farms, a concern of KGS Group, is engaged in Contract Broiler Farming operations, working closely with farmers to ensure quality production, technical support, and sustainable poultry farming practices.
Job Responsibilities:
· Overall management and supervision of branch activities related to contract broiler farming
· Coordination with contract farmers for placement, rearing, and harvesting of broiler birds
· Ensure timely supply of Day Old Chicks (DOC), feed, medicine, and technical support
· Monitor farm performance, mortality, FCR, and biosecurity compliance
· Manage branch staff and field supervisors
· Maintain liaison with farmers, suppliers, and company management
· Ensure proper record keeping, reporting, and compliance with company policies
