Job Responsibility:
Lead the overall Sales & Marketing operations of Cattle Feed business
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Build, expand, and manage a strong dealer & distribution network nationwide
Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities
Monitor sales performance and ensure monthly & yearly target achievement
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and large dairy farms
Ensure effective collection management and reduce credit risk
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
Lead, train, and supervise regional sales teams
Coordinate with production and supply chain to ensure timely product availability
