Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Expand dealer network and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
Ensure sales growth and market expansion for cattle feed products.
Lead and supervise sales team activities effectively.
Prepare sales reports and business forecasts for management.
Provide technical and doctor support to dealers, farmers and customers regarding cattle health, nutrition and feed management.
