1–3 years of experience in a food production or QC/QA role
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and BSTI food safety standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production for bakery and savory items
Inspect raw materials, in-process products and finished goods to ensure they meet specifications
Monitor all stages of production (dough preparation, baking, cooling, decorating, packaging) to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
To conduct hygiene and sanitation audits in production areas.
To ensure compliance and other relevant food safety and quality standards·
To maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and inspection reports.
Perform routine inspections and sensory evaluations of bakery products.
Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions·
To ensure all quality control operations comply with local food safety regulations and standards.
