Job Summary:

The Designer & Product Developer will be responsible for driving the design and product development process from concept to sample approval. This role involves trend research, design creation, technical development, and close coordination with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery aligned with buyer requirements.

Job Description:

• Compiling seasonal trend reports, mood boards, and color stories tailored for clients.

• Create clear, accurate flat sketches (CADs) using designing tools.

• Developing comprehensive Tech Pack that include detailed sketches.

• Monitoring sampling to Ensure samples meet the standards and delivered to the buyer on time.

• Collaborating with the pattern-making team.

• Monitoring sourcing trims from suppliers that align with the seasons.

• Organize and maintain the fabric and trim library, ensuring all physical and digital swatches are up to date.

• Organize and maintain the product ppt presentation.

• Showroom management.
