About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Air Freight Manager to oversee and optimize our air freight operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry expertise, excellent leadership capabilities, and a commitment to ensuring the seamless movement of cargo through global air networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day air freight operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with global standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, agents, Clients’ and service partners.

• Oversee routing, pricing, and capacity planning to maximize profitability and service quality.

• Ensure accurate documentation, customs compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Lead and mentor the air freight team, fostering a culture of performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain high service standards for customers.

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to develop tailored logistics solutions.

• Monitor key operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.

• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in air freight operations, preferably in a managerial role.

• Strong understanding of international freight forwarding, airline operations, and customs regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

• Proficiency in logistics management systems and MS Office applications.

• Ability to lead teams, work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
