Context:

To ensure the quality of raw materials and finished goods by implementing robust quality control systems, resolving customer complaints, and driving continuous improvement across production processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control systems aligned with company and customer standards.

• Ensure compliance with AQL standards and Mainetti guidelines.

• Lead the QA team to meet customer quality expectations and internal business goals.

• Investigate and resolve product-related customer complaints promptly.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.

• Maintain and improve systems and procedures to meet evolving customer requirements.

• Provide training on quality control systems and procedures to relevant staff.

• Monitor and ensure timely calibration of lab equipment.

• Organize and lead regular inspection meetings with cross-functional teams.

• Support senior management with additional tasks as assigned.

• Oversee daily activities of QA team members and ensure adherence to quality protocols.

• Monitor performance and provide feedback to subordinates.

• Guide and mentor QA team members to enhance their technical competencies.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and quality ownership.
