Should be energetic, dynamic and have strong leadership capability. Must have experience to work with renowned buyers. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Work with internal Production, Merchandising teams and Suppliers to communicate and ensure Buyer`s quality requirements Provide guidance during the material sourcing, acceptance procedures

Responsibilities & Context:

Responsible for overall quality assurance for a knit garments factory. Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard. Setting QA team and ensuring that targets are achieved. Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures. Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards Resolve quality related issues in Production To develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures. Managing technical audit/inspection with buyer representative directly. Maintaining & controlling documentation procedures. In-depth, technical knowledge of knit product. Help to analyze and assess product risks during the development and production. Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product.
