Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the overall recruitment & selection process and prepare related reports for approval
∎ Process monthly salary sheet considering all additions and deductions
∎ Resolve people's issues grievances and complaints accordingly
∎ Manage Plant’s compliance issues with Govt. authorities
∎ Manage HR operations such as Onboarding, Probation, Monitoring Attendance, Training, Exit clearance
∎ Manage HRIS, Payroll, Master database, and other related reports
∎ Manage employee engagement activities
∎ Coordinate in Annual policy deployment and appraisal process
∎ Coordinate Plant administrative functions
