Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Finance & Accounts Department effectively and independently to achieve the Business Goal
∎ Develop & control a proper process for the company revenue, expenditure & budget to maintain financial accountability
∎ Develop, direct, and analyze the financial statements & reports to review various issues impacting the company
∎ Initiate and supervise the yearly financial forecasts, business modeling, and analysis for the Annual Business Plan of the company
∎ Prepare and maintain monthly accounts, yearly budgets, financial statements, and cost analyses for effective decision-making
∎ Prepare a payment plan for every month at least one week ahead of the payment due date to ensure the timely disbursement of payment
∎ Ensure the timely disbursement of all suppliers' payments, Bank Installments, Staff Salaries, Utility Bills, and any other payments for the smooth operation of the business
∎ Analyze the break-even point and profitability of the company
∎ Prepare the manufacturing cost including all import expenses for the raw materials for the cost analysis
∎ Maintain liaison with all banks, financial Institutions, and VAT/Tax authorities
∎ Ensure care and preservation of all auditable documents, security of cheques books, etc
∎ Working Capital Management and Inventory control
∎ Reporting of Actual product cost at SKU level and variances against plan
∎ Prepare the SKU-wise BOM planning
∎ Handling Taxation matters such as VAT Audit/ Tax Assessment/ CENVAT accounting and claims (Ad Hoc/Monthly/Half yearly)
∎ Managing requirements w.r.t. and purchase committee approvals and review of the procurement process as per SOA
∎ Plant finance control, Operational matters within the plan (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly)
∎ Product costing management in SAP (Standard Cost/ Actual) changes / Updates etc.
∎ Interaction with Sales organizations for all operational matters
∎ Assets Accounting and Control
∎ Investment evaluations, approval, and tracking
∎ Managing Billing, the collection process, control of scrap materials, and reverse logistics
∎ Review conversion costs and monitor achievement vs target
∎ Physical Verification of Inventories including supplier's location
∎ Closure of legal agreements with suppliers
∎ System Automations and process improvements
∎ Review, and preparation of VAT returns (Monthly) / Withholding Tax returns (Half Yearly)/ Income tax returns (Annually)
∎ Withholding tax compliances on payments to suppliers
∎ Maintaining VAT records (In/ Out)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 43 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 150000 - 200000 (Monthly)
