∎ Proven experience in manpower planning, workforce analytics, or HR planning roles, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and metrics to drive decision-making.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
∎ Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and workforce planning software.
∎ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset.
∎ Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Bangladesh preferred.
∎ Proven experience in manpower planning, workforce analytics, or HR planning roles, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement manpower planning strategies aligned with business objectives and growth projections
∎ Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and create workforce plans accordingly.
∎ Analyze current and future workforce trends, including turnover rates, demographic shifts, and skill gaps, to anticipate staffing requirements.
∎ Conduct regular workforce analysis to assess staffing levels, identify surplus or shortage areas, and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Develop and maintain workforce models to forecast future staffing needs based on business forecasts and expansion plans.
∎ Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet staffing demands.
∎ Monitor and evaluate recruitment processes and recommend improvements to streamline hiring and reduce time-to-fill vacancies.
∎ Collaborate with training and development teams to identify skill development needs and create training programs to address competency gaps.
∎ Prepare regular reports and presentations on workforce planning metrics, including headcount, turnover rates, and recruitment effectiveness, for management review.
∎ Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in manpower planning and recommend innovative approaches to optimize workforce management.
