Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Building equity for the long run to strengthen the brand image
∎ Business data analysis to help taking effective way-forward decision – Weekly & Monthly Quarterly reporting
∎ Custodian of the annual planning process for the brand
∎ Coordinate with international stakeholders to manage OLO configuration for the brand
∎ Coordinate & lead New Product Developments & Innovation funnel for Next 18-36 Months
∎ Lead the tech integrations for marketing projects with the internal & external IT, OLO & Product Teams
∎ Develop attractive yet profitable Combo to drive trial and incremental business
∎ Coordinating with Digital Marketing person to manage Coupons & Offers (CMS)
∎ Help the Digital Marketing person/team on Tech integration for new products & combos aligning with IT & OLO Team
∎ Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
∎ Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
∎ Timely & Effective launch of new product innovations & drive product renovations (Combos, LTOs)
∎ Track competition activities on NPD/Innovation field & plan action / response to that
∎ Cross-functional coordination for effective management in project execution to drive business i.e. Monthly S&OP etc.
∎ Manage Marketing Budget & ensure utilization of marketing spends
