Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a Business Analyst working closely with the group's Chief Operating Officer (COO), your role will be pivotal in supporting strategic decision-making processes and improving overall operational and financial performance.
∎ Conducting data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, preparing financial reports and forecasts, and providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop strategies to optimize processes and maximize profitability.
∎ The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills are essential for the preparation of presentations and reports.
∎ Proficiency in financial modelling, data visualization tools, and business intelligence software is required to extract meaningful insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
∎ As a Business Analyst supporting the COO, adaptability, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset are essential qualities to succeed in this dynamic and challenging environment.
