Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ·       Perform an effective recruitment and selection process.
∎ ·       Responsible for ensuring job offers, job contracts, transfers, separations, and Clearance Certificate-related work.
∎ ·       Responsible for looking after admin compliance, such as fire safety and building safety training records, first aid training records, grievance register, health and safety training records, first aid box equipment, and toilet checklist monitoring, etc.
∎ ·       Maintain and update official documents and employees' personal files.
∎ ·       Execute day-to-day HR-related activities like monitoring attendance, leaves, and movements.
∎ ·       Organize, supervise, and coordinate the work of housekeeping team members on a daily basis to ensure proper cleaning of office premises.
∎ ·       Manage the repair, maintenance, and replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, buildings, fire extinguishers, etc.
∎ ·       Handle disciplinary issues and procedures, grievances, and employee relation issues as per the law of the land.
∎ ·       Maintain and enhance existing software and support the implementation of new software modules.
∎ ·       Have sound knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and labor rules.
∎ ·       Generate various reports on HR and administrative work.
∎ ·       Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
