Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Oversee and monitor bills and vouchers, ensuring entries are made according to accounting standards and company policies, along with project requirements.
∎ · Follow up on store inventory status, maintain proper records in inventory and fixed asset registers, and ensure periodic inventory checks.
∎ · Prepare bill invoices, debit notes, and other bills, and ensure they are submitted to our customers/clients on time.
∎ · Check order status with the bills and Goods Received Notes (GRN), ensure all bills are recorded, and proceed with the payment process correctly.
∎ · Maintain bills and vouchers for payment and adjustment with provisional journal entries.
∎ · Maintain daily cash books and ledger books, ensuring the proper management of sources and applications of funds.
∎ · Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly fund demands to the concerned head.
∎ · Perform any other tasks assigned by the department head from time to time.
