∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ BBA/MBA-HR with minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position.·
∎ Proven experience in HR analytics, KPI development and performance analysis.·
∎ Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and HR analytics software.·
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.·
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement and maintain KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.·
∎ Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights to inform strategic decision-making.·
∎ Collaborate with departmental ladders to establish performance benchmarks and targets.·
∎ Prepare detailed reports and presentations on HR performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.·
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.·
∎ Support HR leadership in workforce planning, talent management and succession planning activities.·
∎ Utilize HR analytics tools and software to streamline data collection and reporting processes.·
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics and performance management.
