Experience:

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant, Group of Companies, Resort, Club

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Commerce (MCom)

• MBA/M. Com in Accounting from a recognized university.

• FCA/FCMA

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant, Group of Companies, Resort, Club

• Age 50 to 55 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax) Knowledge of local laws on Account & Finance procedure is essential.

• Ensuring timely preparation of annual audit reports, financial statements, and accounts.

• Utilizing and overseeing financial systems, including ERP and Tally software, to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

• Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to support informed decision-making.

• Monitoring cash flow, capital structure, and liquidity, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.

• Working closely with Top Management and the Board, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.

• Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants.

• Overseeing tax planning, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant authorities.

• Able to work under pressure and take ownership.

• Excellent problem solving skills.

• A team player who can also manage work independently.

• A self-starter with high sense of urgency.

• Must be organized, self-motivated and Service minded.

• Strong Interpersonal communication & management skills.

• Must have good communication skills in both English and Bangla languages.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
