Experience on Instrument and Control system Installation and Maintenance.
Responsibilities & Context:
Installation of transmitters - temperature, pressure, flow, level, analyzer, detectors and others.
Tubing and necessary fittings Installation of control valve, Shutoff Valve, PSV, PCV.
Testing and maintenance of instruments.
Cable laying (Instrument Cable, Control Cable, Power Cable, Communication Cable (Fiber & Ethernet) and termination of filed instruments to PLC/DCS Cabinets.
DCS Workstations, Network Switch/Servers, UPS installation in DCS Server Room and Control Room.
Shift handle, daily work reporting in MS Excel and store items management.
