Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Food Science & Technology or equivalent degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop differentiated tasty and healthy formulation of food products such as Biscuit, Noodles etc. as per marketing demand
∎ Develop SOP for food manufacturing process and final product in compliance with BSTI and GMP
∎ Find Manufacturing partner(s) and ensure all quality aspects with Contract Manufacturing/ Toll Manufacturing of food products
∎ Meet deadlines, product consistency and production goals ensuring smooth supply as per market demand
∎ Provide insight and plan to setup a high standard food factory
∎ Maintain a safe, environment friendly factory and Quality Control Laboratory
∎ Supervise machine operation and method validation/qualification, investigating deviations and unexpected results
∎ Supervise and train factory personnel to ensure optimum performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ - Experience in plant design and production planning
∎ - Fluency in report and proposal writing in English
∎ - Skilled in Computer and business suites
∎ - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
Salary: Negotiable
