Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Formulate and implement HR policies & procedure.
∎ Arrange and manage the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human resources.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment in the Group as a whole.
∎ Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Supervise pay plan and benefits program for the Group.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 15 years in relevant field.
∎ Sound knowledge in IT & HR related software.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area:
∎ General HR, Training & Development, HR compliance, Recruitment & Selection etc.
