2. Able to conduct pre-production meetings.

7. Good understanding of manufacturing process in garment field
8. Must be fluent in both written and verbal English
9. Must have basic computer skills and comfortable with mobile emailing.

The Management of 100% Export oriented Garments Industry (Uni Gears Ltd, Badshamiah School Road, Khailkur, Board Bazar, Gazipur) is looking for Qualified & Dynamic person in the position of "GM (Quality Assurance)" for immediate appointment.

1. Ensure 100% production quality. The incumbent will be leading the team of quality personnel. Full responsibility for quality function within the factory through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
2. Proper execution of orders according to planned `Time and Action Plan` on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
3. Resolve all complaints from the buyer`s side by maintaining clear communication.
4. Carry out PP meetings
5. Plan, organize, and coordinates all activities related to QC function.
6. Ensure that all comments, instructions, standards & policies, and systems pertaining to the brand are effectively implemented in all processes of production & inspection from materials and up to product shipment for achieving the best quality.
7. Reduce garments defects, rejections, re-works. Analyzes root causes and take necessary corrective actions
8. Ensure all requirements of technical audit and compliance
9. Ensure all QA personnel are trained on new procedure/requirements as advised
10. Coordinate with merchandiser, production and quality teams to ensure a smooth flow of all information is updated.
11. Capability to establish & implement good QC & QA procedures in the factory.
12. Implement and ensure QMS
13. Monitor and audit process of material, trims, and related testing procedures.
14. Oversee quality audits and tests (Lab test, AQL, pre final inspection, etc.) and resolve complex issues escalated on a daily basis.
15. Follow up on agreed measures to ensure our sustainability goals in the area of social audits.
