• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering graduates from BUET, SUST, RUET, CUET, KUET will get preference.

• At least 14 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age At least 38 years
• Only Male

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in compressed air and utility systems.      ·        

• Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance, Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance etc  

• Monitor energy efficiency and implement cost-saving strategies.        

• Analyze machine layout and production processes to identify and reduce power wastage.        

• Develop and apply load management strategies for optimal energy usage.       

• Recommend and install inverters, energy-saving lighting, and ventilation systems.        

• Coordinate with unit heads to monitor and control energy usage trends.       

• Detect and seal air leakages in compressed air systems.       

• Establish routine maintenance and monitoring schedules for compressors and pipelines.       

• Maintain logs for compressor run time, maintenance, and energy usage for analysis and reporting.       

• Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.       

• Ensure peak performance of compressors and utility equipment.      

• Lead the utility and maintenance team to uphold high operational standards.        

• Conduct training sessions on energy conservation and machine maintenance.       

• To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
