Boutique/ Fashion, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Company directors & heads in the development and formulation of long- and short-range planning, policies and objectives. Implements and manages operational plans.
∎ Develop the production and manufacturing plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations in-house and with other handicraft producers and factories.
∎ Formulate and implement relevant methods and standard operating procedures (SOP) regarding operation to achieve better quality and productivity.
∎ Establish & maintain client, manufacturing, producer relationship & Develop marketing strategy and plans for craft products directly sourced from rural artisans.
∎ Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
∎ Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
∎ To ensure smooth factory operations to meet production target & delivery deadlines.
∎ Manage relationships with key operations vendors, Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and improving sales.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
∎ Additional tasks and responsibilities by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to run a Factory individually
∎ Strong accounting fundamentals and commercial knowledge.
