∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, Finance
∎ Education: Minimum: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration
∎ Preferred: MBA or Postgraduate degree in Management, Finance, or a related field.

∎ Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Senior Executive Leadership Role (e.g. GM, COO, CEO level).
∎ Must have experience dealing with banks, audits, compliance, and managing financial and operational turnaround strategies.
∎ Proven track record in turning around underperforming garments manufacturing units.
∎ Must have experience handling bank liabilities, corporate debt restructuring, and communicating with financial institutions.
∎ Should have excellent presentation skills to handle high-level meetings with bank boards, stakeholders, and government agencies.
∎ Familiarity with BIDA, BGMEA, and local labor law is a must.
∎ Capability to lead the full operations of a garments factory, including production, compliance, merchandising, and human resources.
∎ Strong financial and operational acumen
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Strong leadership and crisis management ability
∎ Knowledge of export market requirements (EU, US, etc.)
∎ Familiarity with compliance (e.g., Accord, Alliance, WRAP, BSCI)

∎ Board Representation & Liaison.
∎ Represent the owner (me) in board meetings, bank meetings, and strategic discussions.
∎ Act as the liaison between the owner, board of directors, financial institutions, and senior management.
∎ Present business plans, financial reports, and progress updates to stakeholders on behalf of the owner.
∎ Key Responsibility:
∎ Board Representation & Liaison.
∎ Represent the owner (me) in board meetings, bank meetings, and strategic discussions.
∎ Act as the liaison between the owner, board of directors, financial institutions, and senior management.
