∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Spinning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ADMIN PART:
∎ To ensure issuing & renew all new company legal documents like as Factory License, Building Approval, Environment Clearance Certificate, Boiler License, MOA / Board of Investment, Trade License, Acid Use License, IRC & ERC, Vehicle maintenance work monitoring.
∎ COMPLIANCE PART:
∎ To follow up manpower requirement process ,Employees performance Evaluation report monitoring, to follow up all compliance audit.
∎ Most priority provide Vat & Tax department knowledgeable person. Such as
∎ Preparation, maintain, follow up & ensure of VAT Register & Forms like VAT- 2.1, VAT- 2.3, VAT- 2.4, VAT- 2.5, VAT- 4.1, VAT- 4.3, VAT- 4.4, VAT- 4.5, VAT- 6.1, VAT- 6.2, VAT- 6.2.1, VAT- 6.3, VAT- 6.4, VAT- 6.5, VAT- 6.6, VAT- 6.7, VAT- 6.8, VAT- 6.10, VAT- 9.1, VAT- 9.3, VAT- 9.4, VAT- 11.1, VAT- 11.2, VAT- 12.1, VAT- 12.2, VAT- 12.3, VAT- 12.6, VAT- 12.8 and any other as required. Preparation, maintain, follow up & ensure supporting Purchase Invoice, Delivery Challan, VAT-6.3, VAT-6.6 as well as supporting Sales Invoice, Delivery Challan, VAT-6.3
∎ Preparation, maintain, follow up & ensure of Monthly (Daily if Required) VDS Calculation, Requisition, Fund Collection & deposit to government authority in due time.
∎ Preparation & submission Monthly VAT Return in due time. Coordinate with factory, sales units or workshops on VAT related issues
∎ Ensure proper documentation and necessary records in respect of VAT related issues, Conduct day to day communication with VAT & Customs Authorities including NBR and other relevant Authorities for the better interest of the company.
∎ Maintaining of business-related information changing and other process related to VAT & Tax compliance Handle of audit conducted by VAT & Customs Authorities and take necessary steps to mitigate the same. Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for VAT & Customs Department.
∎ Develop strategies, policies, procedures for VAT & Customs Management Department Analyze the National Budget and calculate the impact of VAT & Customs on the Company and Ensue proper compliance as per Bangladesh VAT Act.
