Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Develop and implement production strategies to meet business targets.
• Set annual and monthly production goals in alignment with company objectives.
• Ensure smooth coordination between technical, production, and quality teams.
• Monitor KPIs (efficiency, yield, downtime, quality) and drive continuous improvement.

Technical Management

• Oversee machinery, equipment, and technology used in production.
• Approve and monitor maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies for productivity improvement.
• Resolve technical challenges that may disrupt operations.

Production Planning & Control

• Plan, organize, and oversee the production schedule.

Quality & Compliance

• Enforce quality control standards across all stages of production.
