Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparation and execution of Production Plan and target achievement.
∎ Responsible for overall Mechanical Trouble Shooting, Designing, Installation with knowledge on PLC.
∎ Responsible for ensuring and maintaining uninterrupted production with quality and compatibility.
∎ Responsible for assessing, evaluating, reviewing and finding ways to increase the operational efficiency and implement techniques through continuous process.
∎ Analytical Knowledge on raw material mix-up ratio and control over consumption of materials.
∎ Responsible for supervision and controlling the Workforces of the factory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 20 years of experience in relevant field (Minimum 10 years experience as Head of Production/Plant).
∎ Capable to run Cement Factory independently.
∎ Dynamic and humble minded.
∎ Sound knowledge in Cement Production and Industry.
