Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Textile (Weaving), Textile Planning, textle denim
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the ability 2 million of denim fabric production managed monthly.
∎ Coordinate warping, Indigo dying, weaving, finishing, Inspection and delivery.
∎ Must have knowledge of producing and implementing sales and marketing plans.
∎ Lead all production staff from the front and having good command of them.
∎ Communicate always with the merchandising team and solve every production-related issue involving merchandising and resolved customer concern and complaints.
∎ Develop a plan, promote, facilitate, and organize training activities for all respective persons related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Look after the electrical & mechanical works related with the rope dyeing & slasher dyeing machine and responsible for both machines shades, quality, ,production, & planning as well.
∎ Responsible to running finishing machine all parameters washing & sulfurizing.
∎ vast experience on Queering machine , stenter machine, calendaring machine, PED steam machine.
∎ Work on costing , chemical, fabrics etc.
∎ Planning for men , machines, material and money for operations besides building a strong succession pipe line and ensure adequate manning at each level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 250000 - 450000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy
