Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills , Decision Making, Problem - Solving .

Must have good in MS office.

Develop and maintain EPC project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of solar energy projects.

Project monitoring and evaluation within the timeframe.

Manage project budgets and control project costs to ensure financial objectives.

Compliance with all rules and regulations permits from the concerned government authority.

Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.

Liaison with stakeholders and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
