Responsibilities & Context:
To lead the sales & marketing operations of the Printing Unit by developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of monthly sales targets (150 tons of order collection).
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Order Collection
- Achieve a minimum sales target of 150 tons of printing orders per month.
- Identify new clients and develop long-term business partnerships.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules with clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up for order finalization.
Marketing & Business Development
- Explore new market segments, industries, and product lines for business growth.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote printing services.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide technical advice and printing solutions to meet customer needs.
- Handle client feedback, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordination & Operations
- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor job schedules, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure smooth execution of bulk orders within agreed deadlines.
Management & Reporting
- Lead and guide the sales & marketing team to achieve collective targets.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales performance reports to management.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market developments
