Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electronic and automation systems in weaving and textile processing machinery.

Ensure uninterrupted power supply, distribution, and load management across production units and plan and implement preventive Mechanical & electrical machines.

Lead and supervise all the Operation and electric & mechanical maintenance activities for textile manufacturing facilities and maintenance of relevant Plants and machineries to reduce breakdown percentages and control energy consumption.

To Diagnose, troubleshoot, assemble and handle the machine's electrical/Mechanical problem and planning for systems backups.

Monitor the routine Maintenance schedule including daily operation activities and maintenance of generators, transformers, HT/LT panels, electrical control systems and also monitor energy consumption and drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Monitor energy consumption, Temperature controllers, Speed Meters, Level Transmitter, IP Converters, and Flow Meter etc..
