∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing daily Manufacturing process.
∎ Ensure develop and maximize the production capacity.
∎ Ensure training program for managers and staff.
∎ Creating and managing Manufacturing budgets.
∎ Improving revenue through taking cost control initiative
∎ Hiring employees for different section of manufacturing process
∎ Evaluating performance and productivity of NSTL factory
∎ Analyzing report of Order Production and backlog for top management.
∎ Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
∎ Ensure Product Quality & service as customer requirement.
∎ Monitor MC utilization & Efficiency to ensure on time Delivery and production.
∎ Maintain good relation with peer and subordinate.
∎ To full fill the yearly budget of production.
∎ Reporting to higher management weekly basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10-12 years proven experience in similar wet process & manufacturing operation.
∎ Strong leadership capability, self-driven & team building efficiency.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong technical knowledge on Spinning Mills.
∎ Detail knowledge on Production, Shipment planning and Manpower estimation.
∎ Knowledge of Internet & E-mail and other MS office programs.
∎ Knowledge of labour laws and other applicable statutory compliance.
∎ Having good control on legal affairs & team leadership.
