Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make production planning, scheduling for respective production floor on time & monitoring;
∎ Production progress and achievement on time;
∎ Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
∎ Capable of maximum utilization of machinery, equipment & other resources.
∎ Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
∎ Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
∎ Monitoring of delivery of finished products on time.
∎ Consistent monitoring of raw materials stock to avoid low or over inventory;
∎ Monitor the quality standard of products and report to management and supervision of installing, retesting, operations and maintenance activities of machinery;
∎ Set and manage production budgets
∎ Estimate production costs Prepare and maintain production reports scheduling delivery vehicle in timely manner;
∎ Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
∎ Other administrative work for smooth production.
∎ To operate all type of Injection molding Machine & set Product wise Process Parameter.
∎ Ensure Quality of Product
∎ Reducing the tool cost per component by continuous improvements.
∎ Maintaining optimum stock of critical tools and spares to achieve production target.
∎ Sourcing quality raw materials (cannula, epoxy, corrugated boxes) with best prices and plan to economic order quantity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 years practical experience as PM /GM in any renowned Medical Device Manufacturing Organization.
∎ Must have experience on Installation, Assembling operate, monitoring, supervising all type of machineries and equipment related with Medical Device Manufacturing Organization.

Salary: Negotiable

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
