Job Context:
∎ -Candidate should have skill in quality printing, paper converting and packaging production and planning
∎ -Ensure the quality and quantity of production
∎ -Functional of shifting and predictive/ preventive breakdown and routine mention for identifying area
∎ -Supervise and train project team members as necessity

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Must be an expert on Production, Planning & Coordination (PPC)
∎ 2. Responsible for effective Production planning and efficient implementation
∎ 3. Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing for order planning
∎ 4. Building relationship with engineering department & production people for smooth operation&delivery
∎ 5. Ensuring accurate & optimal capacity planning, including ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
∎ 6. Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules
∎ 7. Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation& execution
∎ 8. Close relationship& planning knowledge with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower
∎ 9. Conduct training for operational sustainability.
∎ 10. Interact with departmental heads to identify and remove any obstacles to foster an efficient and value driven work culture.
∎ 11. Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ 12. Ensure effective maintenance schedule of all machines, store spare parts and prepare team to meet any contingencies.
∎ 13. Should have skill in installation, operation and maintenance of high quality fed offset printing machine, multi colour machine etc.
∎ 14. Overseeing, planning and scheduling overall printing job operations within budgetary limits.
∎ 15. Formulating budget, implementing systems & process, administration resources and closely monitoring progress.
∎ 16. Driving the development and implementation of production plan ensuring execution in specified timeframe.
∎ 17. Taking necessary steps to make up for any variances in the achieved actual targets.
∎ 18. Planning, scheduling and implementing for operation and maintenance of utility equipment as well as all the machinery in the printing facility.
∎ 19. Undertaking preventive and predictive maintenance of critical and non-critical equipment.
∎ 20. Ensuring formulation of plans for tackling, breakdowns, spare parts management and taking suitable action for resolving all major breakdowns in the manufacturing plant.

∎ Should have knowledge on paper industry.
∎ Having leadership & coordination capability.
