∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will report to Zonal DMD for individual unit.
∎ To be responsible for efficient and effective production management of the factory
∎ To carry out overall Production Planning and production coordination of factory
∎ Coordinating with marketing and merchandising team for future orders, present order status, and product costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory
∎ Handling of production issues and collecting buyers' approval of variations
∎ Performing production planning, material planning and machinery planning
∎ Allocating styles to units and setting technical configurations of the garments
∎ Monitoring production and follow up industrial engineering works
∎ Planning for cost minimization with maximizing quality and efficiency in production
∎ Planning for shipment and ensuring buyer compliance
∎ Maximizing capacity utilization, continuously lowering manufacturing cost and compressing lead time while meeting the stringent quality and delivery requirements of our customers
∎ Handling ERP in production processes, generating reports and etc.
∎ Taking necessary steps to track and optimize productivity along with maintaining standard
∎ Implement processes to improve efficiency
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material to yield higher productivity
∎ Develop most efficient ways to use people, machines, materials, information and energy to ensure smooth production flow.
∎ Monitoring input and output report, hourly production report, shipment schedule & in time fabric & accessories in house.
∎ Review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
∎ Clear knowledge on IE Layout, IE target, Efficiency and SMV
∎ Provide technical support when required to ensure customer quality label

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Better performer in the pre-production (planning) stage and the production (control and supervision) stage
∎ 5 years as a production team supervisor
