We are a Knit Composite Textile Factory seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Marketing (Dyed Yarn for Sweater) for the Marketing of Dyed Yarn for Sweater.
Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote yarn dyeing services to sweater manufacturers.
Sales Generation: Drive sales growth by securing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones, focusing on dyed yarn for sweater production.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand for dyed yarns in the sweater industry.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in sweater factories and dyeing units.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and report performance to senior management.
Coordination: Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery of dyed yarns.
Product Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of yarn dyeing processes, including different dyeing techniques, color matching, and quality control.
Customer Focus: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide technical support related to dyed yarn applications in sweaters.
Promotional Activities: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase the company`s yarn dyeing capabilities.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis reports, and other relevant documentation for management review.
