∎ Background from Accounts & Finance would be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the operations functions of each Sub Business Unit (SBU)’s of NK Group as per the Organizational chart.
∎ Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of the departments.
∎ Ensure full compliance to Group operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.
∎ Lead all SBU’s daily operational issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.
∎ Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the all SBU”s Monthly, Half yearly and annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
∎ Ensure the profitability & revenue target are met and exceeded of the Group
∎ Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the all SBU”s and management.
∎ Developing improvement actions carry out costs savings.
∎ A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
∎ Closely monitor the company operation business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
∎ Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Operation, Admin & General, on target and accurate.
∎ Oversee monthly financial reporting for the owners and stake holders.
∎ Coordinate & oversee the project in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment’s and services.
∎ Coordination with HOD's for the execution of all activities and functions.
∎ Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.
∎ Responsible for safeguarding the quality of operations both (internal & external audits).
∎ Any other task assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Overall management of the company / operation &corporate management.
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience as Sr. Manager/AGM of any large group of Industries
∎ Strong written communication & report writing skill;
∎ Willing to travel extensively, Should have good communication & negotiating skill.
∎ Must have very good persuading and presentation skill to the customers.
∎ Ability to lead, control and motivate the sales force.
