Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall monitoring, supervise & recommending of factories all daily activities under the supervision of the Management of the company
∎ Ensure day to day factory administrative activities like attendance
∎ Recommending of all employees leave formalities
∎ Checking and reporting stock & Inventory, monitoring Delivery of Goods
∎ Responsible for all types of requisition processing for procurement purpose
∎ Monitoring company accounts and accounts related works
∎ Capable to correspondence to the concern person
∎ Monitoring all documents like VAT, TAX, Company documents etc.
∎ Maintain all employee's personnel file
∎ Monitoring department wise daily work
∎ Monitoring factory security system
∎ Hearing and resolving employee grievance
∎ Counseling all employees & supervisor
∎ Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating & recommending human resource polices & procedure (recruit qualified field force as per requirement in time)
∎ Supervise production target, and ensure raw materials supply.
∎ Department wise performance monitoring & evaluation
∎ Enforcing discipline in the field
∎ Approval daily expenses
∎ Supervise repair & maintenance
∎ Should be able to correspond / work with minimum supervision.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to discharge responsibilities & be result oriented.
∎ Answer customers on products, prices, availability, uses, payment terms and condition.
∎ Visit potential customers to prospect for new business, acting as a contact between a company
∎ Negotiating the terms of an agreement and opening sales, gathering market and customer information.
∎ Other activities assigning from authority of the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation, Production, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bricks/Ceramics/Tiles
∎ Candidate must have sound knowledge in Bricks or Ceramics production & operation of a big factory.
∎ Pro-active, team player, self-motivated and result driven
∎ Excellent communication skill in both written and speaking in English
∎ Ability to identify problem and find solution
