Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Agriculture, Fisheries or Dairy (4 years course)/ B.Sc Ag. (Hons.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and estimate the final list of resources required including workers.
∎ Analysis and find out the market Opportunities and scope of business expansion.
∎ Ensure that Hatchery production equipment and production facilities are utilized fully.
∎ Check the quality and quantity of fish to be raised on the Tank.
∎ Plan and oversee shed preparation and stocking procedures regarding to fish production
∎ Ensure that sterilization procedures are followed on a regular basis and take the corrective action plan as when required
∎ Maintain and monitor fish/ broods sheds and equipment periodically.
∎ Maintain inventory record strictly.
∎ Maintain & follow-up accurate and complete production records on regular basis.
∎ Maintain records of production related problems identify corrective measures and monitor and report results.
∎ Document and maintain records of cost inputs for each production cycle.
∎ Maintain a record of monthly expenses in accordance with budgetary provisions.
∎ Manage schedules and deadlines
∎ Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
∎ Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
∎ Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians)
∎ Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
∎ Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
∎ Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business development.
∎ Supervise the daily works of the staff and ensure the achievement end of the day.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have at least 05 years' experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing, Fisheries, Poultry)
∎ Experience on project coordination, management and implementation
∎ Computer skill on MS-Office
∎ Knowledge on Coordination, leadership, community engagement and relationship building

Salary: Negotiable
