∎ · The applicants should have experience in Production, corporate field and business development achieving targets set by Management.
∎ · Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access.
∎ · Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Must be Good at English).
∎ · Familiarity with government contract management, coupled with expertise in organizational effectiveness and operations management, including the implementation of best practices.
∎ · Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
∎ · Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative management approach.· Experience in budget development and oversight.
∎ · Dedication to upholding high ethical standards and promoting workplace diversity.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with Marketing, Production Manager to create effective monthly production plans.
∎ Must be an expert on Production Management.
∎ Review plans, ensuring optimal capacity and cost reduction for increased profitability.
∎ Conduct regular meetings to monitor order status, plan schedules, and allocate production lines efficiently.
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning and efficient implementation.
∎ Order status monitoring & responsible for achieve production.
∎ Foster strong relationships with production teams for seamless collaboration.
∎ Manage production planning staff and oversee raw material scheduling to meet production schedules.
∎ Study and optimize time and motion, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
∎ Supervise pre-production activities, maintaining back-to-back feeding to achieve targets without compromising quality.
∎ Motivate and train workers to consistently meet production targets with uncompromising quality.
∎ Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the organization's goals and objectives. This involves identifying opportunities for growth, market expansion, and innovation.
∎ Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Expanding the organization's customer base and market presence.
∎ Act as the main point of contact for legal counsel, facilitating the resolution of legal matters such as copyright, antitrust, partnerships, licensing, and governing instruments.
