∎ At least Master Degree in HR/Management or any other relevant subject from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 17 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 57 years
∎ 17 (Seventeen) years' work experience of which minimum 3 (Three) years' experience as a Deputy General Manager / Equivalent position in relevant field.
∎ Must be able to demonstrate knowledge in TQM and corporate Governance.

Salary:
∎ Pay Grade-3 Basic Salary per month Taka 122000.00 plus*

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ House rent, festival bonuses, recognized provident fund, group insurance, encashment of earned leave, gratuity, medical allowances, conveyance allowances and other allowances will be provided as per company policy. Income tax shall have to be paid by the employee.
