∎ 14 (Fourteen) years' work experience of which minimum 4 (Four) years' experience as a Manager/Equivalent position in relevant field; or, At least 14 (Fourteen) years reievant work experience in any reputed organizations having 14 years advocateship in Bangladesh Bar Council including minimum 4 (Four) years as Lawyer of High Court Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court.
∎ Able to demonstrate knowledge in Company Law, TQM, Corporate Governance and Strategic Management will get preference.

I . Candidates passed in the grading system must possess at least a CGPA 3.00 on a scale of 5.0 and a
CGPA 2.50 on a scale of 4.0 and passed in the conventional system (class/division) must possess at
